Repairs

We operate one of the most professional repair facilities in the industry. Our skilled engineers offer over 60 years of combined industry expertise. We have fully functional CNC machines, test stands and simulators for true dynamic testing of motors and encoders.

Exchanges

For most products we offer exchange options. Please contact us to confirm availability and costs of exchange units. Once you receive and install the exchange unit, please return the original unit for repairability evaluation and core credit.

Sales

We sell fully reconditioned, tested and warranted parts and components. Our products are not from liquidator auction purchases that were “removed from working machines”. Please contact us to confirm software versions where applicable.

To minimize your equipment downtime, we offer rush repair options. Standard Repair Time: 1-2 Weeks. Rush Service Surcharges:

  • $100.00 – 3 Day Repair
  • $150.00 – 2 Day Repair
  • $250.00 – Next Day Repair
  • $400.00 – Same Day Repair

All products are covered by our comprehensive warranty. Warranty terms and conditions are product specific.

Terms of Service

CNC-Servo-Motors warrants at the time of shipment, new and used products sold by CNC-Servo-Motors shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship. CNC-Servo-Motors warrants that for a period of six (6) months on most products sold or serviced and for a period of twelve (12) months on parts and labor on Motor serviced items from the date of shipment. This policy defines the conditions under which authorized Buyers of CNC-Servo-Motors may return products for warranty and non-warranty repair. This policy applies to eligible products sold by CNC-Servo-Motors. By requesting a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and returning the product or returning the product for repair shall be deemed Buyer’s acceptance of the Product Return & Repair Policy.
